Experience
Mediation is relatively new in the work place and there are few mediators with specific employment expertise. We know the legal and procedural processes and can use our understanding of these and of the alternatives to mediation i.e. litigation to help the parties reach an agreement.

Invariably mediation requires speed. By definition work related problems can be stressful – often on both sides. If mediation is to work successfully it needs to be sorted quickly. Delay can be damaging and expensive and we know the importance of swift and friendly guidance.

We work on our reputation for providing good honest value for money. In virtually all cases. The costs of the mediation will be far outweighed by the costs saved in lost productivity.
